Tantalising the Senses

Sponsored by Airwick

Whenever we are expecting guests I always light a scented candle. We have two dogs which live inside (they’re little dogs) and I’m always conscious of the house smelling doggy. I don’t think it does as the dogs are Maltese which were selected because they do not smell and they do not shed, however I worry that someone who is not used to dogs could smell them a mile away.

So when Airwick offered me a scented candle to try, I readily agreed. The Multicolour Black Edition Candle was very cool. It changes colour! The pretty medallion on the front of the glass container would glow all the colours of the rainbow from blue to purple to orange to green.

The fragrance (Crackling Fire and Cinnamon Spice) was delicate which is great for the home as you don’t want the smell to be overpowering. Not everyone likes every scent so something subtle that masks any pet or cooking smells is ideal.

Airwick have a range fragrances to suit all tastes.

They even help you out with a fragrance finder! And if candles aren’t your thing then perhaps a Scented Reed Diffuser would be better.

I would definitely recommend the Airwick Multicolour Candles for the home. And ……. Airwick have kindly offered to give one lucky Australian reader a candle too. All you have to do is leave me a comment below and tell me what is your favourite scent for the home.
